Welcome to LABO INK! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LABO INK SRL.
LABO INK operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you with a professional custom printing experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver these Services.
By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.
When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are custom DTF transfers and related printing services.
Images, colors, and mockups shown online are indicative and may differ slightly from the final printed result due to device screens, CMYK printing, or material differences.
We may modify or discontinue any product without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted only once payment is received and, where applicable, artwork is approved.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified after production has started.
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom products are non-returnable except for verified production defects.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order containing unlawful, offensive, or trademarked content without authorization.
SECTION 3A – ARTWORK AND FILE RESPONSIBILITY
You confirm that you own or hold the rights to reproduce all artwork you provide and that you grant Labo Ink permission to print it.
You are fully responsible for file quality, size, color, and resolution. Unless stated otherwise in writing, we do not modify or correct files.
If a digital proof is provided, you must review and approve it before printing. The approved version will be used for production.
SECTION 3B – COLOR POLICY
Our transfers are printed in CMYK.
Pantone matching is guaranteed only if color matching was purchased and confirmed in writing.
Slight color variation is normal and not considered a defect.
SECTION 3C – PRODUCTION TOLERANCES
To ensure efficient production, please note the following tolerances:

Quantity: ±5%

Length (for rolls by the meter): ±2%

Registration (multi-color alignment): up to 0.5 mm
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in EUR and include taxes where applicable. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
Payments are due in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order value, including shipping and taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Lead times start once payment and file approval are received.
Delivery estimates are for guidance only.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.
Risk and title transfer to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the package and its contents and contact info@labo.ink within 48 hours.
SECTION 5A – APPLICATION AND USE
DTF transfers must be applied with correct temperature, pressure, time, and peel method for the fabric type.
Always perform a test press before large-scale use.
We are not responsible for results affected by incorrect application, unsuitable fabrics, contamination, or storage issues.
SECTION 5B – STORAGE AND HANDLING
Keep transfers flat, clean, dry, and away from direct sunlight or heat.
Use within a reasonable time for best performance.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, designs, and content on our website are owned by LABO INK or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our content without prior written consent.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to reproduce it and agree to indemnify LABO INK from any claims related to intellectual property infringement.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. These are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties.
Your use of such tools is at your own discretion and risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party sites linked from our store.
Use of those sites is at your own risk, and their own terms and policies apply.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our website is powered by Shopify.
All sales and purchases, however, are made directly with LABO INK SRL.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions between you and LABO INK.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data collected through this site is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our site is hosted by Shopify, some data is also processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to these practices.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

These Terms, together with our policies, represent the full agreement between you and LABO INK.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
We may assign our rights without restriction.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arlon, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
SECTION 22 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

You can review the latest version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update or modify these Terms as needed.
