Here’s everything you need to know before sending your first file to the lab.
What exactly do you print?
We produce ready-to-press DTF transfers on 80 µm hot-peel film.
You upload your gang sheet using our smart online builder, we print it, check it, and deliver it within three business days.
We don’t print garments, only transfers.
Who can order from Labo Ink?
We work with print shops, apparel decorators, and clothing brands that sell or customize garments.
You don’t need to be large, but you do need a trade account to order.
How fast is delivery?
Orders confirmed before 11 AM are delivered within three business days.
Printing, curing, and packing all happen in-house for consistent turnaround.
What are the press settings?
Press at 135 °C for 12 seconds with medium pressure.
Peel hot, right after pressing.
For best results, pre-press the garment for a 3 seconds to remove moisture. Re-press for 3 seconds after removing the film.
What materials are compatible?
Our DTF transfers apply perfectly to cotton, polyester, and most fabric blends. The film releases cleanly, and adhesion remains strong across all standard materials.
On certain specialty fabrics, color migration can occur, so testing is recommended before full production.
What film and inks do you use?
We use OEKO-TEX® certified CMYK + White inks on 80 µm PET hot-peel film.
The finish is semi-matte, color-accurate, and smooth to the touch.
Can I get a sample sheet?
Yes. Request a sample DTF sheet to test color, feel, and peel before your first order.

Can I reorder the same file easily?
Yes. Every file you upload is saved in your account.
You can reorder any previous sheet in one click.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimums.
Order one gang sheet or hundreds, the lab scales with your production needs.
Do you also print DTG, embroidery, or screen print?
No. We focus only on Direct-to-Film printing.

Where are you based and where do you ship?
Our DTF lab operates from Belgium and ships across the European Union, with express delivery available in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, and Germany. All orders arrive within three business days from confirmation.
