1) Summary
Most orders are custom and are not eligible for return. If there is a production defect or we made a mistake, we will reprint or refund. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery.
2) Custom goods and right of withdrawal
Our products are made to order from your files. The EU 14 day cooling off period does not apply to custom goods. Orders for custom DTF transfers are non returnable and non refundable except in the cases set out below.
3) What counts as a production defect
You may request a free reprint or a refund when one or more of the following occurs:

Wrong artwork printed compared to the final file we confirmed.

Wrong size, scale, or orientation beyond tolerances.

Print defects such as pinholes in the ink, severe color contamination, or delamination.

Missing items beyond the quantity tolerance.

Damage in transit that prevents use.
Tolerances

Length tolerance for rolls by the meter: ±2 percent.

Minor color variation is normal with CMYK. Pantone matching is only guaranteed if color matching was purchased and confirmed in writing.
4) What is not covered
-
Application errors due to heat press settings, pressure, time, or unsuitable fabrics.

Low resolution or flawed source files, including pixelation, jagged edges, or unintended backgrounds.

Color differences caused by uncalibrated screens or RGB to CMYK conversion when no paid color match was requested.

Wear or damage after pressing.

Items marked as test or seconds.
-
Opened consumables or non custom accessories.
5) Your responsibilities before pressing

Review the digital proof if provided.

Follow the application guide on temperature, pressure, time, and peel.

Perform a small adhesion test on your garment before a full run.

Keep transfers clean, dry, and flat prior to use.
6) How to report an issue
Email info@labo.ink within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:

Order number.
-
A short description of the issue.

Photos that clearly show the defect, the full sheet, and the shipping label.

For transit damage, also keep packaging and provide photos of the box.
Do not discard items until we confirm next steps. We may ask you to return samples for inspection.
7) Resolution
Once we validate the issue we will, at our discretion:
-
Reprint the affected items and ship at our cost, or
-
Provide a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the credit.
8) Shipping damage
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note this with the carrier when signing if possible. Report transit damage to info@labo.ink within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents. Keep all materials until the claim is finished.
9) Returns without authorization
Items sent back without our prior written approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

11) Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for custom items. If there is a validated defect we will replace or refund as described above.
