1) General

All orders are produced and shipped from our facility in Athus, Belgium.
We use DPD as our main delivery partner to ensure fast and reliable service across Europe.

Because all products are made to order, shipping times begin after production is complete.
Production time depends on file approval and order volume.


2) Processing and Production Time

Most DTF transfer orders are produced within 2 business days after payment and file approval.
Larger or complex orders may require more time — we’ll notify you if so.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM (CET) are processed the next business day.
Production and shipping are handled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


3) Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We ship exclusively with DPD and offer the following options depending on your location:

Belgium DPD 1–2 business days
Luxembourg / France / Netherlands / Germany DPD 1–3 business days
Rest of EU DPD 2-3 business days

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.


4) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the DPD tracking link.
Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after pickup.

If you have not received your tracking email within 24 hours after your order is marked as shipped, contact info@labo.ink with your order number.


5) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free or discounted shipping promotions may apply occasionally and will be clearly shown on the website.


6) Delivery and Risk

All parcels are handed over to DPD with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Once the shipment is transferred to DPD, risk and responsibility pass to the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the affected items.

  • Keep all packaging materials.

  • Contact info@labo.ink within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll help file a claim with DPD and replace or refund the order if the claim is approved.


7) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your shipping details carefully when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Reshipment of returned parcels will incur additional shipping fees.


8) Split or Combined Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels when necessary.
We do not combine separate orders into one shipment unless specifically requested and confirmed before dispatch.


9) Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders ship from Belgium.
For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable, and no additional customs fees apply.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.


10) Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking shows a delay, please allow extra time — DPD may extend delivery during high-volume periods.
A parcel is considered lost only after DPD confirms non-delivery.
Once confirmed, we’ll reprint or refund your order as appropriate.
