How to Order DTF Transfers with Labo Ink
This guide explains the two ordering methods available at Labo Ink. You can either build your gang sheet online or upload a print-ready file. Both workflows are designed for professional teams.

Two Ways to Order
Method 1: Create Your Gang Sheet Online
Ideal if you want a guided workflow and do not already have a ready-made gang sheet.
Method 2: Upload a Print-Ready File
Ideal if your team prepares gang sheets in Illustrator, Photoshop, or RIP software and wants the fastest checkout process.
Example Used in the Video
The video demonstrates a real-world scenario with two T-shirts:
- Grey T-shirt: large back logo + small chest logo (10 pieces)
- White T-shirt: large front logo (10 pieces)
The Online Builder allows you to prepare all required logos in one optimized sheet.
Method 1: Create Your Sheet Online
1. Open the Builder
Click "Create my sheet" to access the online platform.
Supported formats: PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and JPG, ideally with a transparent background (JPG has none, so its background gets printed).
2. Customize Your Logos
- Resize artwork
- Adjust quantities
- Duplicate logos
- Organize placement
3. Resolution Check
Verify resolution to ensure clean DTF print quality.
4. Set Spacing
Recommended spacing: 5 to 20 mm.
5. Generate the Sheet
The system automatically arranges elements to optimize material usage.
6. Save or Add to Cart
Save your sheet for future use or add it directly to your cart.

Method 2: Upload a Print-Ready File
1. Upload Your File
Upload a ready-to-print DTF file (PNG or PDF).
- Required width: 56 cm
- Define the required length in meters
2. Adjust Quantities
Change quantities depending on your production needs.
3. Review Cost
Verify cost per meter and total order amount before checkout.
4. Add to Cart
Finalize your order. Production starts after file validation.
